Sciemo is building AI that transforms how consumer brands make decisions across their entire planning process. As Founding PMM, you'll define how the world understands this category-defining technology-translating complex AI systems into narratives that drive adoption and trust.
Your Mission
Define differentiated positioning and messaging framework that resonates with both C-suite and practitioner personas at consumer goods companies
Map competitive landscape and establish Sciemo's unique angle in the AI-for-CPG space
Build foundational GTM collateral: pitch deck, one-pager, case study template, and sales enablement materials
Establish ICP and refine go-to-market strategy based on early customer conversations and adoption patterns
Execute first major product launch with coordinated messaging, content, and campaign across target channels
Develop thought leadership strategy and publish 2-3 pieces that establish Sciemo as category authority
Create repeatable launch playbook and metrics framework for scaling product marketing
Drive 25%+ improvement in sales conversation conversion rate through messaging refinement and enablement

Track how messaging and positioning impact deal progression from initial conversation to close.
Win Rate by ICP Segment
Measure conversion success across different customer personas to validate positioning effectiveness.
Content Engagement & Reach
Monitor thought leadership and case study performance-views, shares, and pipeline sourcing attribution.
Launch Impact Metrics
Establish baseline metrics for product launch initiatives including awareness lift and lead quality.

- You spent 3+ years at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent strategic consulting firm and loved the client-facing strategy work
- You can translate complex technical innovation (GenAI, agents, graph tech) into clear business narratives without oversimplifying
- You thrive building from zero-defining playbooks, processes, and frameworks that scale
- You're intellectually curious about AI's real business impact and tired of buzzword marketing
- You lack consulting background or equivalent strategic experience-this role requires pattern recognition and stakeholder rigor from day one
- You prefer stability over ambiguity; founding roles require comfort with incomplete information and rapid iteration
- You're looking for a fully remote role; this is on-site in NYC
