Is This Role For You?
- You've shipped 3+ products or major features in SaaS and know how to tell that story compellingly
- You're comfortable switching between deep writing, sales enablement, social strategy, and analytics—no specialist tunneling
- You thrive in scrappy startup environments and don't need a 10-person marketing team to move fast
- You can translate engineering specs into customer pain relief and proof points that sell
- You have a track record tying content/messaging to actual pipeline or revenue impact (not vanity metrics)
- You need a big budget and a team of 5+ people to execute—this is hands-on solo/small-team work
- You're a pure content writer or designer—you need to own strategy, metrics, and cross-functional alignment
- You've only worked at enterprise marketing departments with 12-month planning cycles
- You can't justify your work by dollars, not downloads—data-driven mindset is non-negotiable
