Oleria is disrupting the $10B+ identity governance market with an AI-native platform that replaces year-long implementations with hour-long deployments. You'll own the competitive positioning and messaging that arms the entire go-to-market motion for a $60M+ funded startup backed by Salesforce Ventures and Evolution Equity.
Your Mission

Build and launch 3-5 Fortune 500 customer case studies with quantified ROI metrics to support sales pipeline
Create AI-assisted competitive intelligence workflow that delivers weekly synthesis briefs (vs. quarterly reports)
Develop and operationalize product launch messaging for Adaptive Identity Governance across all GTM channels
Establish Oleria as category leader through analyst relations—secure briefings with Gartner, Forrester with positioning materials
Build reference program and account-based enablement content tailored to Fortune 500 buying motions
Own pricing/packaging messaging strategy as platform evolves and GTM scales
Create operationalization guides and customer success maturity models that reduce post-purchase churn

Is This Role For You?
- You've built positioning and messaging for enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, or identity products—and it moved pipeline
- You're fluent in AI tools (Claude, GPT, semantic search) and use them daily to compress PMM workflows from weeks to days
- You thrive as a solo IC—writing, analyzing, and shipping without handing off; you own competitive intelligence, case studies, and enablement end-to-end
- You can sit in rooms with Fortune 500 buyers and analysts; you speak their language and understand what moves them in identity governance
- You need a team to delegate to or require agency support—this is hands-on keyboard work at scale
- You're not comfortable working on-site in San Francisco with periodic travel; full remote is not an option
- You lack authorization to work in the US or require visa sponsorship (company explicitly unable to sponsor at this time)
- You view AI as optional or don't have a personal AI workflow; Oleria expects AI to be core infrastructure for your productivity
