The Challenge

NEAR Foundation is shipping AI agent infrastructure fast, NEAR AI Cloud, OpenClaw, IronClaw, NEAR Intents, and an AI Agent Marketplace. You're their first dedicated product marketer, tasked with building a launch engine from scratch that turns engineering velocity into repeatable, revenue-driving GTM motion across a multi-product portfolio.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Deliver a data-driven market segmentation report defining SAM/SOM across AI agent verticals and identify wedge use cases for next two launches

2

Own and ship one full product launch end-to-end with a documented, repeatable playbook

3

Establish draft positioning and messaging across all four product lines that resonates with developers and enterprise buyers

4

Build working relationships with Product, Engineering, and BD leadership to ensure coordinated launches

By 6 Months
1

Scale launch playbook to ship second and third product launches with measurable velocity improvements

2

Develop differentiated positioning that clearly articulates why developers and enterprises should care about your AI agent infrastructure

3

Drive qualified pipeline growth tied directly to product marketing efforts, you own the metric

4

Establish repeatable content workflows (blog, landing pages, case studies, launch briefs) that support ongoing GTM

Cross-functional partnership with engineering and product leadership
Direct impact on revenue and company growth trajectory

Company Intelligence

NEAR Foundation is building infrastructure for AI agents that autonomously trade, transact, collaborate, and operate. They're shipping fast across multiple products (NEAR AI Cloud, OpenClaw, IronClaw, NEAR Intents, AI Agent Marketplace) and need structured GTM to match engineering velocity.

Culture

Fast-shipping, AI-native, expects product marketers to use LLMs and automation daily

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've built GTM playbooks from scratch and own the results, not just follow templates
  • You're comfortable with AI infrastructure complexity and can translate it for developers and enterprises
  • You're already using LLMs in your workflow and see them as force multipliers, not novelties
  • You thrive in early-stage product marketing roles where ambiguity is high but impact is directly measurable
Won't Work If
  • You need a pre-built playbook, this is a blank canvas role requiring strategic independence
  • You're not actively using AI tools; this company expects fluency in LLMs as part of your daily work
  • You prefer deep expertise in one product line over breadth across a portfolio
  • You measure success by vanity metrics (impressions, brand awareness) rather than pipeline and revenue impact
