  • Develop content and campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, events) to educate authors and promote KDP benefits
  • Author Relationships & Voice of Customer
  • Serve as the primary voice of the author within the organization, gathering feedback and translating insights into actionable product and marketing improvements
  • Build and maintain relationships with key authors, understanding their needs, challenges, and success drivers
  • Represent KDP at author events, conferences, and community forums
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Partner with regional and global KDP teams to leverage best practices and scale successful initiatives
  • Provide input on pricing, distribution strategies, and promotional mechanics
