The Challenge
ModeSens is building the intelligent shopping assistant that saves consumers time and money. You'll own the complete story—from positioning through product launches—making sure every user understands the value and adopts the platform.
Your Mission
Audit and refine core messaging hierarchy across homepage, PDPs, and onboarding; establish baseline conversion metrics
Ship first product launch GTM motion end-to-end (messaging, copy, in-product education, email sequences)
Conduct lightweight user research to identify top positioning pain points and test 2-3 messaging variations
Collaborate with Product to define messaging frameworks for next 3 planned feature releases
Improve onboarding conversion rate by 15-20% through copy optimization and CTA testing across web/app/email
Own website as conversion engine: optimize landing pages, messaging flows, and SEO; track top-of-funnel lift
Launch 3+ product features with full GTM playbooks (launch briefs, enablement materials, analytics tracking)
Build repeatable messaging and campaign templates that scale across lifecycle touchpoints

- You've shipped 3+ product launches end-to-end and can prove the messaging impact on adoption metrics
- You write sharp copy that converts—you can explain complex value props in 2 sentences, not 10
- You thrive operating 70% strategy / 30% execution; you're equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a copypad
- You've A/B tested messaging, positioning, or CTAs at scale and can interpret results without hand-holding
- You have 4-6 years of PMM, lifecycle, or growth marketing at a consumer tech startup
- You want a pure strategy role; this is hands-on copywriting, campaign ops, and data analysis daily
- You need perfect clarity and long planning cycles; ModeSens moves fast and ambiguity is the baseline
- You haven't launched products or run campaigns that directly moved the needle on activation or retention metrics
