Is This Role For You?
- You've owned customer storytelling, case study production, or reference programs at a B2B SaaS or developer platform company
- You're energized by systems-building: you love creating processes that make it easy for Sales/CS to activate proof points
- You're comfortable with AI tools and see them as core to your work (research, writing, content optimization)
- You thrive in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments where your role evolves rapidly and priorities shift with market pace
- You measure everything: you connect storytelling activities to pipeline, win rate, and expansion metrics
- You prefer a highly prescriptive role with clear guardrails and traditional structure—Deepgram moves fast and expects you to think on your feet
- You're not comfortable with AI or see it as optional—AI use is core to Deepgram's operating model and how success is measured
- You've only done brand storytelling or corporate comms—this role requires fluency in B2B sales enablement and pipeline influence
- You want to be hands-off: this is both builder and operator; you'll spend time sourcing customers, interviewing, writing, and managing systems yourself
