Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've led global product marketing or GTM strategy at a CPG, beauty, or lifestyle brand with multi-region complexity
  • You're obsessed with messaging frameworks and can translate consumer insights into compelling product stories
  • You thrive building cross-functional alignment-partnering with product, education, insights, and regional teams simultaneously
  • You can move fast, execute under ambiguity, and manage multiple launch timelines across geographies without losing quality
  • You genuinely care about self-expression and community-not just as positioning, but as authentic brand belief
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or can't commit to on-site presence in NYC for a temporary contract role
  • You prefer deep specialization in one market or region over global strategy and cross-market coordination
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity in early-stage roles or need a predefined playbook-this is about building frameworks
  • You see marketing as separate from product vision-this role requires genuine partnership with artistry, education, and R&D
