The Challenge
Legora is redefining legal tech with an AI-native workspace trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb and Linklaters. You'll architect their entire GTM systems infrastructure—owning Salesforce, data flows, and vendor integrations—as they scale rapidly across 40+ countries.
Your Mission
Audit current GTM stack, identify integration gaps between Salesforce, Marketing, Sales, Success, and Finance; create architecture roadmap
Establish data governance framework, roles/permissions model, and documentation standards for Salesforce to ensure security and hygiene
Design and implement lead routing and opportunity lifecycle automation in Salesforce Flows to standardize GTM execution
Partner with Data Engineering to map Salesforce-to-Snowflake models and establish single source of truth for revenue data
Fully integrate Salesforce with 3-4 critical GTM tools (marketing automation, quoting, billing, success platform); validate data quality
Build and onboard initial GTM Systems team (1-2 FTEs); establish training and change management processes across GTM org
Implement scalable workflows for quote-to-cash, renewals, and customer expansion; reduce manual touchpoints by 40%+
Create unified GTM analytics layer; deliver 3+ executive dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, CAC, NRR, and system health metrics
KPIs You'll Own
Data Integrity Score
% of Salesforce records meeting hygiene standards (completeness, accuracy, timeliness) across leads, accounts, opportunities.
Integration Uptime
% of successful daily syncs between Salesforce and downstream systems; measure API reliability and data latency.
GTM Process Automation %
% of GTM workflows (lead routing, opportunity progression, renewals) running on automated Flows vs. manual processes.
System Adoption & Usage
Active user % and feature adoption rates across GTM team; measure training effectiveness and process adherence.
Time-to-Insight
Days from data change to actionable business insight; measure analytics turnaround and executive reporting speed.
