Accountabilities

  • Own and maintain the competitive intelligence program, including tracking competitor pricing, feature updates, and go-to-market activities.
  • Synthesize competitive insights into clear, actionable summaries for marketing, sales, and product stakeholders.
  • Produce recurring competitor reports and internal intelligence updates to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and continuously improve product marketing documentation within Confluence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support the creation of structured documentation that enables alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Partner with product operations to build dashboards and reporting systems that track marketing and product performance.
  • Analyze data related to product launches, campaigns, and content performance to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, product management, and operations teams to support GTM execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, competitive intelligence, product marketing, or analytics-focused roles.
  • Strong experience conducting competitive research and turning data into structured insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong documentation abilities.
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and structured thinking.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboards and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity enhancement.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills with confidence in sharing insights and highlighting risks or opportunities.
  • Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives is a plus.
