The Challenge

Lead go-to-market strategy for market-leading SaaS products at a high-growth company. You'll be the bridge between Product and Commercial teams, translating complex capabilities into messaging that drives adoption and revenue impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Own and execute GTM strategy for 2-3 upcoming product launches using tiered approaches

Create core positioning framework and messaging narratives aligned across Product, Sales, and Marketing

Develop launch asset library (decks, one-pagers, briefs, enablement materials) for sales and customer success teams

4

Establish monthly competitive intelligence and customer feedback review cadence to inform messaging refinement

By 6 Months
1

Drive product adoption metrics through targeted enablement—measure sales team utilization of messaging and content assets

Build comprehensive product content suite including 3+ case studies, whitepapers, and positioning documents

3

Execute 4+ major feature or product launches with documented GTM performance (launch velocity, sales enablement impact)

Establish quarterly positioning reviews and competitive analysis reports to keep messaging market-relevant

Time-to-revenue adoption post-launch, measured by sales team engagement with launch assets and early customer wins

Sales Enablement Adoption

% of Sales and BDR teams actively using product marketing materials, decks, and messaging in customer conversations

Content Performance

Engagement metrics on product marketing assets (case studies, whitepapers, one-pagers) as tracked by web and email analytics

Feature Awareness & Positioning Clarity

Internal survey score measuring how well Product, Sales, and CS teams understand and articulate product positioning
