Accountabilities:

You will take end-to-end ownership of GTM systems and experiments, combining automation, AI, integrations, and data to create measurable growth and operational leverage.

  • Build and maintain GTM systems, automations, and workflows that generate or influence qualified sales opportunities across European markets.

  • Design and launch growth experiments and automated flows that increase qualified self-service signups.

  • Develop reliable workflows using tools such as n8n and similar automation platforms.

  • Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom integrations to create efficient data flows.

  • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, agents, and LLM-based solutions for marketing and GTM use cases.

  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual GTM work and replace repetitive processes with scalable systems.

  • Evaluate new tools and technologies pragmatically, deciding whether to buy, build, integrate, or discontinue solutions based on business value.

  • Monitor automation reliability, error handling, data quality, and system performance to prevent revenue-impacting failures.

  • Translate business and growth challenges into clear technical systems and practical solutions.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Growth, Product, Data & Analytics, and Revenue Operations teams.

  • Document workflows, integrations, and system logic so non-technical stakeholders can understand and use the solutions effectively.

  • Manage multiple projects independently, prioritizing work based on business impact, speed, reliability, and measurable outcomes.

  • Track and optimize key performance indicators, particularly SQLs generated or influenced and signups driven by growth initiatives.

  • Communicate clearly about system performance, risks, limitations, failures, and the role of AI in your work.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is curious, technically capable, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership in an environment where many solutions need to be created from scratch.

  • Professional experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Automation, or a closely related field.

  • Strong hands-on experience with n8n or comparable workflow automation platforms.

  • Experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom integrations.

  • Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and AI-powered workflows.

  • Familiarity with concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

  • Strong understanding of how Marketing, Sales, Growth, and Operations functions work together.

  • Business-oriented mindset with a focus on growth, speed, reliability, and measurable impact.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex business challenges into clear, scalable systems.

  • Demonstrated track record of building and launching automations, workflows, or systems that solved real business problems.

  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and communication.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, experimentation, and identifying opportunities without relying on detailed instructions.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and testing hypotheses that may not always succeed.

  • Pragmatic and tool-agnostic mindset, focused on achieving the best outcome rather than using a particular technology.

  • Experience building AI agents, SDR/BDR systems, or internal GTM tools is a plus.

  • Familiarity with prompt management, testing, and versioning is advantageous.

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or SQL is beneficial.

  • Experience with tools such as Clay, Lemlist, HubSpot, Apify, Segment, BigQuery, Amplitude, Make, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Experience working across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams is advantageous.

  • Experience supporting multiple European markets is beneficial.

  • Fluency in English is required; Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of €30,000-€38,000 per year.

  • Equity through a stock option plan.

  • Fully remote working environment across Europe.

  • Flexible compensation package and access to a dedicated benefits card.

  • MacBook provided for work.

  • €500 onboarding budget to support workstation setup.

  • €2,000 annual FlexBudget for professional development, work tools, equipment, and remote-work needs.

  • Health insurance, with family coverage options depending on the country.

  • 25 days of paid vacation plus 3 additional caring days each year.

  • Additional paid parental leave beyond the applicable legal entitlement.

  • Birthday and children's birthdays off.

  • Regular opportunities for international team gatherings, including at least one in-person event each year.

  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of growth, automation, AI, data, and GTM operations.

  • High level of autonomy and ownership over systems that directly influence measurable business outcomes.

  • Collaborative, diverse, and remote-first working environment.
