In this pivotal role, you will shape the perception and adoption of Vermeer, an AI-powered product. You will define use cases, value propositions, and key benefits, conduct competitive analysis, and create compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences. You will also ensure messaging consistency across all product lines and oversee the creation of high-impact content assets.

Role Overview

The Product Marketing Manager & Content Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping how Vermeer is perceived, understood, and adopted — both internally and externally. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and strategy, translating Vermeer's AI capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Defines and documents use cases, value propositions, and key benefits for each Vermeer product line

  • Packages and structures offerings into clear, market-ready propositions in collaboration with product and management teams

  • Conducts competitive analysis and market research to refine positioning and identify differentiation opportunities

Storytelling & Messaging

  • Defines and owns the overall Vermeer storytelling framework: vision, brand promise, and market positioning

  • Translates complex AI topics and technical capabilities into clear, simple, and impactful messaging tailored to various audiences (clients, end users, partners)

  • Produces and maintains "master narratives" including brand manifesto, pitch decks, messaging guidelines, and key talking points

Cross-Product Alignment

  • Ensures messaging consistency across all Vermeer product lines

  • Aligns internal and external communications to deliver a unified brand voice

  • Works closely with Product, and Leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment

Content Strategy

  • Defines the content roadmap in support of product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives

  • Oversees the creation of high-impact content assets (white papers, case studies, blog posts, social content)

  • Monitors content performance and continuously optimizes messaging based on audience engagement and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product marketing, content strategy, or a related role, preferably in a tech/AI environment

  • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience working with multiple product lines or complex product architectures

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments
