The Challenge
Go1 is scaling from startup to global learning platform trusted by millions. You'll own product positioning and go-to-market storytelling that directly fuels pipeline growth, customer adoption, and expansion across Sales, CS, and Partners.
Your Mission
Audit current product positioning and messaging; identify gaps across customer segments and create a positioning POV document for stakeholder alignment
Build 3-5 high-impact sales enablement assets (pitch decks, battlecards, ROI narratives) that sales teams actively use in prospecting and deal progression
Develop your understanding of the L&D/HR tech landscape-map competitors, customer pain points, and market trends into a competitive landscape doc
Launch internal enablement for a priority product initiative; ensure Sales and CS teams can articulate value and handle objections confidently
Own end-to-end go-to-market narrative for a major product launch or expansion motion; track adoption and impact metrics across field teams
Establish a battle-tested library of sales and CS assets (talk tracks, templates, QBR frameworks, expansion playbooks) actively used by revenue teams
Build and maintain quarterly market insights briefing for leadership; highlight competitive threats, customer sentiment shifts, and emerging use cases
Measurably improve Sales win rates and sales cycle velocity on campaigns you support; target 15-20% lift in key metrics

Is This Role For You?
- You're a hands-on PMM with 3-5 years of product marketing experience; you own initiatives end-to-end without waiting for permission
- You geek out on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy but stay grounded in sales execution and field feedback
- You thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving environments; you're comfortable wearing multiple hats and iterating quickly
- You love working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and CS; you're energized by their feedback and outcomes, not just marketing metrics
- You're intellectually curious about the L&D/HR tech space; you can build genuine market and competitive insights
- You prefer stability over change; Go1 is fast-moving and evolving, and you'll need comfort with iteration and ambiguity
- You're a strategy-only PMM who doesn't enjoy execution; this role is hands-on and asset-heavy-you'll be in Figma, writing decks, and on sales calls
- You have no B2B SaaS go-to-market experience; context here matters, and startup PMM skills will accelerate your impact
