Product Marketing Manager — Farsight AI

About Farsight AI

Farsight is the agentic AI platform for financial services, currently helping investment banks and private equity firms fully automate entire, highly nuanced workflows. Today, institutions will spend 80% of their time gathering information for and creating first drafts of materials by hand before iterating on and refining their decks, models, and pitches. We not only give them that time back to focus on what is important, but we also bring new insights and knowledge to their materials that they wouldn’t be able to uncover without the help of our financial-focused AI.

Our Team

Our team has had a wide range of experience that uniquely equips us to capture this massive opportunity. Our team comes from leading financial institutions like Evercore, General Atlantic and Menlo Ventures, supercharged by scalable engineering and AI skills from companies including Amazon, Hugging Face and the MIT Media Lab. We've learned the ins and outs of building successful startups from previous work as founders and founding engineers. We focus on hiring the best so that we can become the best, so we hope you apply!

We are entirely based in Manhattan, New York City, and are in-person 4 days a week (except Fridays, which are remote).

What You'll Do

Positioning & Messaging

  • Own platform positioning and messaging across all four verticals (IB, PE, wealth management, hedge funds) — articulating why Farsight's end-to-end workflow automation is categorically different from chatbots and generic AI tools.
  • Build and maintain a messaging framework that creates consistency from the website to sales conversations to conference presentations.
  • Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Sales and Product.

Content & Customer Communications

  • Own the weekly product email — strategy through execution — and develop a scalable approach to prospect and customer communications across the funnel alongside Helen.
  • Write and maintain product collateral and customer-facing sales materials: one-pagers, feature explainers, and capability overviews.
  • Produce product feature content for LinkedIn that builds Farsight's presence with financial services decision-makers.

Go-to-Market

  • Lead GTM planning for product launches and integrations, from pre-announcement through adoption.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and translate intelligence into battlecards, differentiation talking points, and win/loss insights.
  • Partner on analyst relations, speaking opportunities, and media placements targeting Partners, MDs, and CIOs at financial institutions.

Sales Partnership

  • Stay close to the Sales team day-to-day — understand what's working in the field and keep materials continuously improving.
  • Build and maintain the core sales toolkit: pitch decks, ROI calculators, case studies, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts tailored to different buyer types.
  • Be the go-to PMM partner for sophisticated buyers with questions about data confidentiality, model training, and enterprise security.

Market & Customer Insight

  • Be the in-house expert on how financial services buyers evaluate, adopt, and trust AI tools.
  • Run win/loss interviews and customer discovery to shape messaging and product direction.

Required

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of executing across the full PMM toolkit — strategy, writing, collateral, email, and launches.
  • Exceptional writer across formats: customer emails, LinkedIn posts, sales decks, one-pagers, and long-form content.
  • Experience owning a customer or prospect email program end-to-end.
  • Strong collaborator with Sales — you stay close to the field and build trust with AEs.
  • Data-driven and comfortable using pipeline metrics, win/loss data, and campaign analytics to make decisions.
  • High bias toward shipping; you build structure without waiting for a perfect playbook.

Bonus Points

  • Direct experience in financial services (IB, PE, asset management, fintech) or building products for these buyers.
  • Familiarity with AI-for-finance tools and data platforms (PitchBook, Capital IQ, Refinitiv).
  • Experience with pricing and packaging at a SaaS company.
  • Prior Series A–C startup experience building from scratch.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $130,000 – $175,000, commensurate with experience
  • Equity: Meaningful early-stage package with standard vesting (4 year / 1-year cliff) — as a Series A hire, you're getting in early
  • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Unlimited PTO

Note: You'll need valid U.S. work authorization to join us. Please note that a background check and employment verification may be required for this position. We may obtain one or more background screening reports about you, solely for employment purposes.
