The Challenge

Bitstack is a crypto-native bank with 300K+ users, backed by YC and tier-1 VCs, launching major products like euro accounts and Visa cards across Europe. You'll own the positioning and go-to-market strategy that turns complex crypto products into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Define and document positioning and messaging frameworks for Bitstack's core products (Bitcoin investing, euro account, Visa card) across 2-3 key user personas

2

Lead go-to-market strategy for the next major product launch (euro account or Visa card), collaborating with Product, Design, and Growth on positioning and narrative

3

Audit and consolidate existing product messaging across website, in-app copy, emails, and social to identify gaps and inconsistencies

4

Build launch success metrics framework (adoption, activation, usage targets) and establish baseline benchmarks for measuring PMM impact

By 6 Months
1

Execute 2-3 full product launches with repeatable, documented go-to-market playbooks that other teams can scale independently

2

Increase feature adoption rates for at least 2 strategic features by 25%+ through improved positioning and user-centric messaging

3

Build a scalable messaging library and positioning toolkit that Marketing, Growth, and Customer Care teams use consistently across all channels

4

Expand positioning strategy into 2-3 new European markets, adapting core value propositions to local competitive and regulatory contexts

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've positioned fintech or crypto products before and can translate technical complexity into clear user benefits
  • You're comfortable sitting at the intersection of Product, Growth, Design, and Compliance—and can facilitate cross-functional alignment without owning execution
  • You have a proven track record launching 3+ products with documented positioning frameworks and GTM playbooks
  • You thrive in early-stage, resource-constrained environments where you build scalable systems instead of doing everything yourself
  • You're based in or willing to relocate to Paris and value being on-site with the core team
Won't Work If
  • You're a growth marketer looking to own paid acquisition, campaigns, and experimentation—this role is explicitly not that
  • You prefer remote or hybrid work; this is on-site only in Paris
  • You need more autonomy than a small operator team can offer, or you struggle with ambiguity in early-stage roles
  • You don't have hands-on experience with product positioning, messaging frameworks, or go-to-market strategy

Interview Process

1

Initial screening

Hiring manager (likely Head of Growth or Product) discusses background, product marketing experience, and fit with on-site Paris requirement.

2

Case study / portfolio review

Present a past product launch: positioning strategy, messaging framework, GTM execution, and measured impact.

3

Cross-functional interviews

Meet with Product lead, Growth/Marketing lead, and Design lead to assess collaboration style and alignment on PMM scope.

4

Founder or executive conversation

Final round with co-founder or executive stakeholder to discuss long-term vision for product marketing at Bitstack and growth strategy.
