The Challenge
Actively AI is the GTM engine for enterprise outbound teams at companies like Samsara and Ramp. As their first Product Marketing Lead, you'll build the entire PMM function from scratch and shape how the market understands AI-powered sales automation.
Your Mission
Develop and validate core positioning and messaging framework through 15+ customer/prospect interviews
Create foundational sales enablement kit: pitch deck, battle cards, and 3 key one-pagers
Map competitive landscape and define differentiation strategy vs. rivals
Launch first product feature campaign with coordinated sales + marketing narrative
Execute 2-3 major product launches with tracked conversion impact on pipeline
Build comprehensive messaging hub (buyer personas, value prop frameworks, industry verticals)
Establish PMM-led demand gen cadence: webinars, content, campaigns with >30% pipeline contribution
Define GTM strategy for new market segments with ICP refinement and go/no-go criteria

Pipeline influence
Percentage of new pipeline influenced by PMM-led campaigns and messaging (target: 25%+)
Positioning validation
Customer/prospect recall and resonance with core messaging in post-call feedback (target: >80% positive)
Launch velocity
Time from product feature completion to full GTM launch (target: <3 weeks)
Win rate lift
Sales win rate before/after new messaging deployment (target: +15%)

- You've built PMM functions at early-stage B2B SaaS companies and love starting from zero
- You can translate complex AI/technical capabilities into compelling buyer narratives
- You thrive in ambiguity, wear multiple hats (strategy + execution), and ship fast
- You have deep experience with sales enablement, positioning, and launch strategy
- You're energized by working with high-caliber engineers and product teams
- You need a fully mature PMM org or prefer specializing in one narrow area (demand gen, content, etc.)
- You require remote flexibility or don't want to be in San Francisco
- You're uncomfortable with the ambiguity of building a function from scratch or prefer stability over growth
