Own growth across paid social, paid search, and email — with clear responsibility for CAC, ROAS, and revenueBuild, test, and scale quickly — learning fast and doubling down on what worksStay flexible and constantly experiment to drive performanceManage budget with leadership oversightManage and support one direct report with clear direction and fast feedbackWork closely with our paid media agency — keeping them accountable and operating at startup speed as a true extension of the teamPartner day-to-day with Integrated Marketing, Merch, and Design to improve conversion, onboarding, and retentionTurn data into clear insights and actionable next stepsStay on top of platform changes and emerging growth trendsHeavily support our sister company, The Detox Market Skills
