Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've run 6+ years of end-to-end digital performance campaigns (paid search, social, programmatic) with measurable ROI
  • You're obsessed with data, testing, and optimization-you live in dashboards and A/B tests to drive efficiency gains
  • You can manage agencies like a boss: set expectations, hold them accountable, translate performance into strategy
  • You thrive in matrix organizations; you can collaborate across brand, creative, analytics, and global teams without friction
  • You're excited by luxury travel or B2C booking funnels (hotels, travel, experiences, cruises)
Won't Work If
  • You prefer brand awareness and storytelling over performance metrics and ROI-this role is pure conversion and efficiency
  • You're uncomfortable with on-site work in Miami or need full remote flexibility
  • You lack hands-on platform experience (Google Ads, Meta, DSPs); you're a strategist-only without execution skills

Senior Stakeholder Interview

Meet with VP/Director level to discuss strategic priorities, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting expectations

5

Offer & Reference Check

References from agency partners and prior managers will be crucial
