M COM Groupe is a 4-entity marketing powerhouse obsessed with real results, not vanity metrics. You'll architect and own the digital acquisition engine across SEO, SEA, email, and social—turning strategy into concrete business growth for B2B clients (lawyers, contractors, health pros).
Your Mission
Audit current acquisition channels and KPIs across all 4 entities; identify quick wins and leaks in the conversion funnel
Implement or optimize CRM/marketing automation platform (HubSpot or Brevo) with lead scoring and nurture sequences live
Deploy 3 AI-powered content workflows (SEO, email, sales scripts) using ChatGPT/Claude to industrialize production
Build first unified dashboard tracking CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and email performance across the group
Launch integrated multi-channel acquisition strategy (SEO + SEA + LinkedIn Ads) with documented playbooks for each entity
Achieve 25%+ improvement in lead quality score and 15%+ lift in conversion rates through funnel optimization
Establish 5+ marketing automation workflows (lead scoring, segmentation, win-back, upsell) reducing manual tasks by 40%
Create quarterly business review reports linking marketing activities directly to pipeline and revenue impact
