Accountabilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital acquisition channels, ensuring consistent performance improvement and scalability.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities.
Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitor analysis to uncover growth levers and refine targeting strategies.
Design and run A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve conversion efficiency.
Manage advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROI, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels and campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and sales to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements: The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management, with strong hands-on exposure to campaign execution and optimization. You should be confident working with marketing data, interpreting performance trends, and making clear data-driven decisions. Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools is expected. A solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization is essential. You should be highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills are key, as you will work closely with multiple internal teams. Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, B2B, or agency environments is a strong advantage.
