The Challenge
Rappi is Latin America's leading super-app connecting millions of users to on-demand services. You'll architect and scale strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue streams and expand the platform's reach across the region.
Your Mission
Map and prioritize 15-20 potential partnership targets across logistics, retail, and services verticals
Negotiate and close 2-3 pilot partnerships with clear KPIs and 90-day success criteria
Build internal partnership playbook documenting deal structure, onboarding, and performance tracking
Establish weekly stakeholder alignment meetings with product, ops, and finance
Scale to 8-12 live partnerships generating measurable GMV or user acquisition contribution
Develop tiered partner success program with dedicated support for top 3 partners
Create data dashboard tracking partner performance, churn, and revenue attribution
Design and execute go-to-market strategy for 2 enterprise partnerships
KPIs You'll Own
Partnerships Signed
Number of new partnerships closed within quarter with signed LOIs and active integration status.
Partnership Revenue/GMV
Direct and indirect revenue or GMV attributable to partnership channels.
Partner Activation Rate
% of onboarded partners reaching agreed KPIs within first 90 days.
User Acquisition Cost via Partners
Cost to acquire users through partnership channels vs. organic benchmarks.

- You're data-driven and obsess over attribution and unit economics per partner
- You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and can operate across product, ops, and finance
- You speak Spanish fluently and understand Latin American market dynamics
- You expect a playbook handed to you; this role requires building from scratch
- You're uncomfortable with rejection or long sales cycles (partnerships can take 6+ months)
- You can't relocate to or work from Bogota for hybrid schedule
