Accountabilities:
Own and evolve the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, including organic seeding, seasonal campaigns, paid influencer programs, and always-on creator initiatives aligned with brand and social objectives.
Lead execution across influencer partnerships, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, briefing, campaign management, and performance reporting.
Collaborate with internal marketing, brand, and social teams to ensure influencer initiatives are fully integrated into 360° campaigns and aligned with broader storytelling priorities.
Build, launch, and scale the brand partnerships function, creating frameworks, processes, and pipelines for identifying and executing strategic collaborations.
Develop and manage co-marketing partnerships with wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and media brands, overseeing end-to-end execution from outreach through reporting.
Own influencer and partnership budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimization of ROI across campaigns.
Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and performance insights to measure impact, refine strategy, and communicate results to leadership.
Requirements:
5-7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing roles, ideally within CPG, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle industries.
Proven track record of building and scaling influencer programs across both organic and paid channels.
Hands-on experience managing brand partnerships end-to-end, including sourcing opportunities, negotiating agreements, and executing campaigns.
Strong understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and content performance dynamics.
Experience building or launching new partnership functions or programs in fast-moving, less structured environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent programs with measurable business outcomes.
