Accountabilities:
Develop and execute integrated partner marketing strategies and campaigns with resellers and service partners to drive pipeline, awareness, and partner engagement.
Build and manage joint marketing plans, ensuring alignment with regional and global go-to-market priorities.
Collaborate with sales, partner, and field marketing teams to activate co-marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns.
Create and deploy co-branded content and partner-ready marketing assets to support demand generation efforts.
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future programs and improve ROI.
Partner with marketing operations and analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting and performance visibility.
Coordinate day-to-day execution with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
Support continuous improvement of partner marketing processes, tools, and execution frameworks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
Experience working with reseller, distributor, or service partner ecosystems is highly preferred.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating partner-facing content.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce and reporting platforms like Looker or similar.
Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bonus: experience in cloud security or cybersecurity partner ecosystems.
