The Challenge

Biorce is an AI-powered clinical trials platform reshaping how pharma and biotech accelerate drug development. You'll build the strategic partnership ecosystem—regulatory bodies, healthcare systems, tech platforms—that turns AIKA from innovative tech into embedded, indispensable infrastructure.

4

Close 2-3 pilot or proof-of-concept partnerships with hospitals or healthcare networks to validate go-to-market assumptions

By 6 Months
1

Execute 5-7 signed strategic partnerships across regulatory, healthcare, and SaaS ecosystems; track pipeline and conversion metrics

2

Build regulatory relationships in 3+ key markets (US, EU, APAC); secure formal recognition or sandbox participation for AIKA

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've negotiated complex B2B partnerships in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, healthcare, fintech, govtech) and know how to build win-win frameworks
  • You're fluent in regulatory ecosystems, healthcare systems, and technology partnerships; you can translate between clinicians, regulators, and engineers
  • You thrive in early-stage scaling—building processes, playbooks, and credibility from scratch, not managing mature programs
  • You're hands-on and willing to jump into calls, spreadsheets, and legal negotiations; you don't hide behind titles
Won't Work If
  • You need a defined, stable partnership playbook—Biorce is building this from scratch and will require entrepreneurial ambiguity tolerance
  • You're primarily a sales-driven closer rather than a strategic ecosystem builder; this role is about long-term frameworks, not quick wins
  • You lack familiarity with regulated industries, healthcare systems, or regulatory dynamics; the learning curve will be steep
