The Role

RevBlack is searching for a

Head of Marketing (RevOps / HubSpot)

to spearhead our revenue-generation engine. This is a high-impact "Executing Leader" position designed for a professional who masterfully connects visionary strategy with technical HubSpot mastery. You will direct a specialized three-person unit (Content, Design, and Support) that is ready to reach elite performance levels under a culture of absolute ownership.

This is not a role for an "overseer" who delegates from a distance. You must be eager to own our technological infrastructure, architect our data, and drive the growth roadmap. Your main objective is to scale our pipeline through surgical engagement with Private Equity partners and the delivery of high-caliber content.


Your Core Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Accountability (The "Coach")

  • Team Orchestration:

    Supervise the daily production of our creative and administrative talent. Your mission is to professionalize their output and elevate their standards through active development and clear performance benchmarks.
  • Commitment to Craftsmanship:

    We have zero tolerance for "average." You will audit every campaign and piece of copy to ensure it aligns with our high-end standards of excellence. AI should be leveraged for scale, but it must never replace human market intelligence or creative depth.
  • Full Functional Accountability:

    You are the ultimate authority on marketing outcomes. If a project stalls or a workflow breaks, you don’t shift blame. You lead the correction, the post-mortem analysis, and the strategy to ensure it doesn't happen again.


2. Marketing Operations & Strategy (The "Player")

  • Systems & CRM Architecture:

    Deep, hands-on mastery of

    HubSpot

    is mandatory. You will be responsible for auditing automations, architecting transparent reporting, and ensuring our CRM data is clean, actionable, and scalable.
  • Precision Pipeline Growth:

    We avoid mass-blast noise. You will design and execute sophisticated, high-touch campaigns aimed specifically at Private Equity operating partners and B2B leadership.
  • High-End Referral Ecosystems:

    Develop and manage a structured referral engine that maintains a personal, premium feel while being engineered for high-volume scale.
  • Analytics-Based Strategy:

    You will rely on historical data to identify winning strategies rather than guesswork. You will establish clear KPIs and take 100% responsibility for hitting them.


3. Operational Discipline (EOS)

RevBlack is powered by the

Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)

. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our marketing rhythm. This includes architecting quarterly "Rocks," facilitating high-impact L10 meetings, and maintaining the integrity of the marketing scorecard. While prior EOS exposure is a major asset, a relentless commitment to mastering this framework is mandatory for success.

    You possess a proven track record of managing talent and scaling revenue within a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • MarTech Specialist:

    Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot (Marketing Ops) is non-negotiable. We also value familiarity with Webflow and a strategic approach to SEO.
  • Pipeline Architect:

    You are obsessed with results, not just "vanity metrics." You know how to build a sales pipeline that is both measurable and predictable.
