About The Role

73 Strings is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Operations Analyst and help build our marketing operations function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is eager to work across marketing systems, data, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination at a fast-growing fintech company serving the global private capital markets industry.

You will work closely with the marketing and revenue operations team to keep our marketing engine running efficiently — managing data quality, supporting campaign and ABM execution, coordinating with our BDR team, and helping us make sense of our pipeline data.

The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and optimize daily output. We value individuals who proactively integrate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and deliver high quality results.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Automation & Campaign Support

  • Support the build and maintenance of HubSpot workflows for email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring
  • Assist in setting up and QA-ing marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring accurate targeting, tracking, and follow-through
  • Help scale campaigns across different markets while maintaining personalization and relevance
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag issues or optimization opportunities to the team

BDR Coordination & Lead Routing

  • Act as the operational link between marketing and the BDR team — ensuring leads generated from campaigns are routed correctly and followed up on promptly
  • Set up and maintain lead routing rules and assignment workflows in HubSpot
  • Monitor lead flow and flag any gaps, delays, or data quality issues that could impact BDR outreach
  • Support BDR onboarding on marketing tools and processes, including how to use sequences, track engagement, and log activity in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with BDRs and RevOps to align on MQL definitions, qualification criteria, and handoff processes

Events & Conference Support

  • Support the planning and operational execution of industry events, conferences, and webinars that 73 Strings attends or hosts
  • Help manage pre-event logistics including registration tracking, attendee list management, and HubSpot campaign setup for event follow-up
  • Coordinate post-event workflows — uploading contact lists, triggering nurture sequences, and tracking event-sourced pipeline in HubSpot
  • Track event ROI by monitoring pipeline and meetings generated from event participation

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as a reliable operational partner to Sales, RevOps, and Finance — supporting shared data, reporting, and process alignment
  • Coordinate with RevOps to ensure HubSpot data flows correctly between marketing and sales pipelines, and that attribution is captured accurately
  • Support Finance with marketing budget tracking and spend reporting
  • Work with the Sales team to ensure marketing materials, sequences, and campaign assets are up to date and accessible in the right tools
  • Participate in weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, contributing marketing-sourced pipeline data and campaign context

Data Management & Hygiene

  • Own day-to-day data quality and governance for marketing activities in HubSpot
  • Run regular data audits and cleanup processes to ensure contact, company, and deal data is accurate and complete

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking campaign performance, lead generation, and pipeline contribution
  • Support weekly pipeline reporting and contribute to board-level marketing metrics
  • Help implement and maintain attribution tracking so we understand what channels and campaigns are driving results

Process & Project Support

  • Help document and improve marketing workflows, campaign processes, and post-mortem frameworks
  • Support the evaluation and onboarding of new marketing tools and integrations as the stack evolves

Experience

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS or fintech environments is a plus
  • Experience supporting BDR or sales teams operationally is a plus

Skills & Mindset

  • Strong attention to detail and genuine care for data quality
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and building reports; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
  • Curious and self-directed — you don’t wait to be told what needs fixing
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Collaborative team player who communicates clearly across functions
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with a globally distributed team

Technical Familiarity

  • HubSpot (required) - workflows, lists, forms, reporting
  • Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools (e.g., Claude/ChatGPT, Tofu, Clay) is a bonus

We cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration, where your ideas matter. We empower our team members to take initiative, learn continuously, and thrive in a supportive environment.
