The Challenge

Netflix is scaling its marketing production across 300M+ members globally. You'll own end-to-end campaign delivery—from creative briefs to live deployment—managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional chaos across video, digital, and broadcast assets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current campaign production workflows and identify 3+ efficiency bottlenecks in asset delivery timelines

2

Establish budget tracking systems and implement PO management process for all promotional asset production

3

Onboard and audit creative + media agency partnerships; document SLAs for asset delivery and cost controls

4

Lead first full campaign cycle end-to-end, delivering all localized assets on time and within budget

By 6 Months
1

Reduce average campaign production timeline by 15-20% through process optimization and stakeholder alignment

2

Achieve 100% budget accuracy with zero approval delays on asset adaptations for media fulfilment

3

Build scalable asset management and trafficking system handling video, digital, print, and OOH simultaneously

4

Train and mentor 2+ junior producers on campaign workflows, stakeholder management, and legal clearance processes

  • You've localized campaigns for multiple markets and understand asset adaptation workflows, legal clearances, and trafficking

  • You need flexibility; this is on-site, full-time, in Mumbai with campaign intensity and tight deadlines
  • You prefer working solo; this role is 80% stakeholder management, alignment, and task force coordination
