What You'll Do:
As a TMS (Thomas Marketing Services) Intern at Xometry, you'll be at the forefront of an evolving digital marketing landscape. And you’ll have the opportunity to learn what that changing environment looks like from all sides of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Generation: Contribute to the research, process, and execution related to creating on-brand communications for the businesses we partner with
AI Experimentation: Join with the teams that are pushing the boundaries of what AI can mean for business today, and into the future, by testing various new and novel workflowsProject Management: Understand the inner workings of what keeps all work, teams, and clients in sync, then helping further that work by collaborating across our client and operational teams
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers, understand their business needs, and help tailor our sales support efforts
Case Study: Work alongside fellow interns to analyze a real-world business challenge and present innovative solutions to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:
Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027, with a minimum 3.5 GPA
Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 8 - August 14, 2026)
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results
Legal Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States
Location Requirement: Ability to commute to our North Bethesda, MD office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week

The estimated base pay rate for new hires into this role is $20.00 per hour depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location. This is a temporary position.
