The Challenge
Wpromote is an award-winning creative agency (Ad Age Best Place to Work, Adweek's Fastest Growing Digital Agency) looking for a strategic leader to own influencer and creator campaigns across multiple client portfolios. You'll drive authentic brand partnerships from concept through execution, reporting directly on campaign ROI and KPI achievement.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing influencer partnerships across assigned client accounts; establish baseline performance metrics and relationship health scores
Develop and pitch 3-5 new influencer campaign strategies aligned with client Q1-Q2 goals, including audience alignment and estimated reach/engagement projections
Build internal playbooks for influencer sourcing, vetting, and contracting; document best practices and approval workflows
Close first two fully-managed campaigns (end-to-end: sourcing through content delivery and reporting) with measurable engagement and conversion data
Own $2M+ in annual influencer media spend across 4-6 client accounts with demonstrable ROI improvement vs. baseline
Establish and scale a roster of 50+ pre-vetted influencers and creators across relevant verticals with clear tier/performance data
Launch quarterly campaign reporting dashboard showing reach, engagement rate, traffic, conversion, and cost-per-result metrics
Lead cross-functional collaboration (creative, strategy, paid media teams) on 2-3 integrated campaigns merging influencer + paid activation
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign ROI
Revenue or attributed conversions generated per dollar spent on influencer partnerships, tracked by client and campaign.
Influencer Engagement Rate
Average engagement (likes, comments, shares) per post from managed influencers, benchmarked against industry standards by follower tier.
Content Approval Turnaround
Time from influencer content submission to approval/publication, targeting <48 hours to maintain campaign momentum.
Partnership Retention Rate
Percentage of influencers and creators retained for repeat campaigns; tracks relationship quality and satisfaction.
Cost Per Engagement
Total campaign spend divided by total engagements generated; measures efficiency of influencer selection and negotiation.

- You're analytical but creative—you can develop strategy and also jump into tactical execution (contract management, content reviews, reporting)
- You're based in or willing to relocate to PST; remote-first culture but company shows preference for PST candidates
- You're looking for W2 sponsorship—this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
- You haven't managed influencer campaigns and are still learning the fundamentals; this is a manager-level role requiring hands-on experience
- You need a guaranteed on-site role; while remote-first, the preference signals occasional in-person collaboration matters
