Your Mission
Launch and execute 12-week editorial calendar across Instagram, Facebook with 2+ posts daily and weekly Reels
Produce 8-12 SEO blog articles optimized for anti-waste keywords, targeting 500+ monthly organic traffic
Grow Instagram/Facebook following by 20%+ through consistent community engagement and content optimization
Create and run 2 paid Meta/Pinterest campaigns with product/founder content, tracking CTR and conversion metrics
Establish Willy as thought leader in anti-gaspi space with 3,000+ combined social followers and 40%+ engagement rate
Build SEO blog to 30+ articles, targeting 2,000+ monthly organic traffic from food waste, budget shopping, sustainability topics
Design and execute 4 community events or contests that drive 500+ user-generated content pieces
Document and optimize content playbook: what formats, topics, and posting times drive highest engagement for handoff

Social Engagement Rate
Track likes, comments, shares, saves as % of total followers across Instagram and Facebook weekly.
Follower Growth
Target 20% growth in combined Instagram + Facebook audience over 6 months.
SEO Blog Traffic
Monthly organic sessions from Google to blog articles; aim for 2,000+ by month 6.
Paid Campaign ROAS
Return on ad spend for Meta and Pinterest campaigns; target 2.5x+ on promotional content.
Content Output
Posts, stories, reels, videos produced weekly; maintain 14+ social assets per week minimum.

Is This Role For You?
- You're genuinely passionate about food waste, sustainability, or ethical e-commerce (not just buzzy topics)
- You write naturally in fluent French (native or bilingual) and can nail tone across channels
- You can create, edit, and post content yourself—Canva, CapCut, Adobe skills are baseline
- You thrive in ambiguity and propose solutions: there's no 'that's not my job' on startup teams
- You need remote flexibility—this is fully on-site in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine
- You can't commit to minimum 4 months (6 ideal) or expect a full-time hire at the end
- Your French writing is rough or your grammar isn't native-level polished
