The Challenge

URW is Europe's largest mixed-use real estate operator, reinventing urban spaces across premium shopping centers. You'll drive digital transformation across Southern Europe, bridging group strategy and 22 shopping centers—making digital a real performance lever.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and harmonize digital presence (sites/apps) across France & Spain markets, identifying gaps between group guidelines and local needs

Take ownership of ~€2M acquisition budget and establish clear performance framework (CPA, ROAS, drive-to-store) with media agencies

Map CRM capabilities across centers and design standardized segmentation + campaign templates for rollout

4

Build alignment with France & Spain marketing teams and center stakeholders on digital priorities and KPIs for H1

By 6 Months
1

Execute and optimize 3+ integrated campaigns (branding + acquisition + drive-to-store) across SEO, Google Ads, social, programmatic with proven ROI improvement

Deploy CRM best practices across all 22 centers with measurable adoption and campaign performance uplift

3

Lead full rollout of group digital projects (new products/services) ensuring center adoption and consistent execution

4

Establish quarterly performance reviews with 15+ KPIs tracked and actionable optimization recommendations by channel

Campaign ROI by channel

Track return on ad spend across SEO, Google Ads, social ads, programmatic, and affiliate to optimize budget allocation.

Drive-to-store conversion rate

Measure digital campaign effectiveness in driving foot traffic to physical centers.

CRM campaign engagement & open rates

Monitor email segmentation performance, CTR, and conversion uplift from automation.

Site/app UX metrics (bounce rate, time-on-page, conversion rate)

Ensure digital experience improvements translate to measurable user behavior gains.

Project adoption rate across centers

Track rollout velocity and compliance with new digital tools/services among 22 locations.

  • You know CRM/marketing automation platforms and can translate data into actionable segmentation + campaign improvements
  • You're energized by physical-digital convergence (drive-to-store) and measuring real-world business impact

  • You need complete remote flexibility—this is on-site Paris with regular France/Spain travel

  • You struggle with ambiguity or prefer clear hierarchies—managing across 22 centers requires negotiation and influence without direct control
