Transmit Security is the market leader in CIAM and fraud prevention—now they need someone to unlock ecosystem-driven growth. You'll architect strategic product partnerships that turn integrations into revenue engines for the Mosaic platform.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map the complete partner ecosystem opportunity: identify 5-10 strategic product partners that complement Mosaic and unlock new customer segments

Define 2-3 partner-enabled product initiatives with clear business cases, positioning, and GTM motion sketches

3

Establish cross-functional alignment rituals with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales on ecosystem strategy and priorities

4

Launch first partner-driven pilot program with measurable adoption and revenue targets

By 6 Months
1

Close and operationalize 2-3 strategic product partnerships with signed agreements and integrated solutions in market

Deliver measurable impact: 15%+ lift in adoption for partner-enabled offerings, quantified expansion revenue

Build repeatable partner program model: structured sourcing, deal structuring, and integration playbooks

Enable GTM: equip Sales and Solutions Engineering with partner value propositions that show up in 10%+ of qualified pipeline

  • You're comfortable with ambiguity: this role is building a motion from near-zero, not optimizing an existing machine

  • You're a pure account manager disguised as a strategist—this needs hands-on product thinking and GTM execution
  • You need everything decided before you move: you'll be defining strategy, not inheriting it
  • You're allergic to cross-functional friction: Product and Sales won't always agree on partner priorities, and you own the resolution
