The Challenge
A major retail distribution company is building its digital presence and internal communications strategy. You'll own social media, content creation, and event marketing across multiple locations—reporting directly to an experienced mentor who'll push your skills forward.
Your Mission
Launch and manage daily social media content (Facebook, Instagram) with posting calendar and engagement targets
Create 20+ branded visual assets (graphics, videos, carousel posts) aligned with company campaigns
Execute 2-3 in-store events/promotions and track attendance/conversion metrics
Map current communication gaps and propose 3 new content pillars for approval
Grow social following by 25%+ and achieve 3%+ engagement rate across platforms
Lead TikTok channel launch strategy and execute first 15 posts with performance analysis
Design and deploy internal communication plan for 2+ locations with team feedback loops
Own quarterly event calendar: plan, execute, measure ROI (sales lift, foot traffic, social mentions)

Social Media Engagement Rate
Track likes, comments, shares across Facebook and Instagram to measure content resonance
Content Output Volume
Monitor weekly posts, visuals created, and campaign assets delivered vs. calendar
Event Attendance & Conversion
Measure foot traffic, participant numbers, and sales impact from in-store activations
Follower Growth Rate
Track month-over-month follower acquisition across all social channels

- You're pursuing a Bachelor in Digital Marketing/Communication and want real, measurable experience—not just resume padding
- You thrive managing multiple content channels simultaneously and love seeing immediate audience response
- You're comfortable with public speaking and can pitch ideas confidently to store managers and leadership
- You want to learn full-funnel marketing: strategy → content creation → event execution → metrics
- You need high compensation or reject apprenticeship-level pay (€700-850/month is standard in France)
- You prefer 100% remote work—this is strictly on-site retail environment with hands-on mentoring
- You expect to specialize in one channel—this role demands versatility across social, content, events, and internal comms
