The Challenge
TikTok's Local Services is building the most trusted platform for local commerce at scale. You'll drive end-to-end campaign strategy across video, LIVE, search, and creator ecosystems to unlock GMV and merchant growth in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment.
Your Mission
Map current campaign performance across Local Services products (POI, Video, LIVE, Search); identify top-performing levers and underutilized channels
Design and launch 2-3 pilot local service campaigns with clear success metrics (GMV, engagement, merchant CAC) tied to Q2 business targets
Establish cross-functional cadence with creator ops, product, and merchant BD; document content distribution strategy and resource requirements
Build campaign reporting dashboard with weekly KPI tracking (spend, ROI, merchant activation, user engagement) for stakeholder alignment
Scale 2-3 successful pilots into regional campaigns; achieve $X million incremental GMV attributed to campaign efforts
Develop repeatable campaign playbook for seasonal events and merchant acquisition; document best practices for creator leverage and KOL partnerships
Negotiate and integrate 3-5 creator/KOL partnerships; measure content performance and refine targeting based on audience overlap and conversion data
Reduce campaign execution time by 30% through process automation and templating; increase campaign portfolio from 4 to 8+ active initiatives
