The Challenge

TELUS Digital is a billion-dollar digital consultancy building marketing stacks for enterprise clients worldwide. You'll lead teams implementing Adobe Experience Platform for complex B2B integrations, turning data into measurable client wins.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Lead 2-3 client discovery engagements to map Adobe Experience Platform opportunities and define implementation scope

Onboard and coach your project team on AEP best practices; establish weekly sync cadence with key stakeholders

3

Deliver first client training workshop on Adobe tools; document optimization recommendations with baseline metrics

4

Audit existing client MarTech stacks; identify quick wins for campaign performance (email, push, CJA analytics)

By 6 Months
1

Ship 3-4 full Adobe Experience Platform implementations; track adoption rates and campaign performance lifts

Build repeatable playbooks for client onboarding, training, and ongoing optimization across the team

Grow client NPS by 15+ points through proactive advisory on personalization and data strategy

4

Mentor 2-3 junior team members on Adobe tools and client-facing execution; establish mentorship cadence

% of Adobe Experience Platform projects delivered on-time and meeting adoption targets within first 90 days

Campaign Performance Lift

Average improvement in email open rates, push engagement, and conversion rates post-AEP implementation

Team Utilization & Billable Hours

% of team capacity allocated to billable client work; aim for 75%+ utilization

Client Retention & Upsell Revenue

% of clients renewing engagements; total ARR growth from new Adobe services (CJA, AJO, RT-CDP)

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've led Adobe Experience Platform implementations or managed teams executing MarTech integrations at scale
  • You thrive translating client business goals into technical roadmaps; you speak both stakeholder and engineer
  • You're comfortable with 10-15% travel and hybrid work across multiple office locations
  • You want to own P&L responsibility for client engagements and build a repeatable service practice
Won't Work If
  • You're purely a practitioner (IC) looking to stay hands-on technical; this role is 60% management, 40% execution
  • You lack real Adobe Experience Platform or modern CDP/MarTech stack experience; you need to hit the ground running
  • You need 100% remote work; this role requires flexibility across 4 US offices and occasional client site visits
