The Challenge

TaskUs is the go-to outsourced services partner for frontier AI labs and the Mag7. You'll architect growth strategy for multi-million dollar AI programs, embedding TaskUs as the indispensable partner in RLHF, data curation, and AI safety.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map the current AI Services portfolio across Mag7 and frontier model labs; identify 3-5 expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Establish high-touch engagement cadence with 2-3 key AI partners; co-architect roadmaps and surface next-phase needs

3

Build cross-functional playbook with Sales, Solutions, and AI Operations for unified account management and pipeline progression

4

Close or advance 2 pilot-to-production transitions worth $500K+ ARR combined

By 6 Months
1

Grow AI Services revenue from current baseline by 40%+ through account expansion and new logo acquisition

Transition 4-6 early-stage pilots into mature, multi-million dollar programs with documented success metrics

Establish TaskUs as category leader; present at 2+ industry events (AI conferences, model lab forums) positioning our capabilities

4

Develop tiered playbook for RLHF, data curation, and AI safety offerings; map to each Mag7 and frontier lab use case

ACV Growth (AI Services)

Track average contract value expansion within AI portfolio; target 35-50% YoY growth

Pilot-to-Production Conversion Rate

Measure percentage of early-stage pilots that transition to full production contracts within 6 months

Account Expansion Revenue

New revenue generated from existing AI partners through upsell and cross-sell of RLHF, data, and safety services

New Logo Win Rate

Number of new Mag7 or frontier model labs added to customer base; weighted by contract size

Client Health / NPS (AI Segment)

Maintain >40 NPS across strategic AI accounts; track engagement depth and product adoption velocity
