Taco Bell serves 42M fans weekly across 8,500+ restaurants globally. You'll orchestrate the digital transformation across all markets, ensuring loyalty, delivery, and app experiences drive growth while balancing global consistency with local nuance.
Your Mission
Map current digital ecosystem across key markets and identify top 3 optimization opportunities for loyalty and delivery
Establish global digital reporting framework and consolidate performance data across BIG 5 priorities
Co-develop digital-first brand guidelines and playbooks for 3-5 regional markets
Build stakeholder alignment with regional digital leaders and franchise partners on 6-month roadmap
Launch integrated digital experience framework across app, web, kiosks, and CRM for 5+ markets
Increase digital-attributed revenue by 15-20% through optimized loyalty and delivery experiences
Scale 2-3 winning regional digital initiatives to global template for franchise adoption
Establish quarterly digital health dashboard tracking consumer engagement, conversion, and retention KPIs
