The Challenge
Stairling is a fast-growing mobility marketplace that onboarded 1,000+ drivers in its first year. You'll own the entire growth engine for driver acquisition, building a scalable marketing function from the ground up while leading a small team in a high-energy startup environment.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize current driver acquisition funnel across paid (Meta, Google, TikTok) and organic channels, targeting 15-20% CAC reduction
Launch 3-4 test campaigns across new channels (referral mechanics, partnerships, content) and measure conversion lift
Establish weekly performance dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and funnel metrics by acquisition source
Onboard and align your 2-person team on growth strategy, define OKRs, and set up weekly execution cadence
Scale driver acquisition volume by 40-60% while maintaining or improving CAC through channel optimization and organic growth loops
Build and launch referral and ambassador programs generating 20%+ of new driver signups
Develop content strategy and SEO roadmap reducing reliance on paid spend, targeting 10-15% organic contribution to funnel
Hire and onboard 1-2 additional team members; document processes and create repeatable playbooks for acquisition channels

Driver CAC (Cost to Acquire)
Track blended CAC across all channels; goal is 15-20% reduction within 3 months through optimization.
Funnel Conversion Rate (Signup → Activation)
Measure drop-off at each stage and test improvements in nurturing and onboarding messaging.
Channel Attribution & Mix
Monitor contribution by source (Meta, Google, organic, referral, partnerships) to optimize budget allocation.
Driver Lifetime Value (LTV)
Assess cohort quality and retention; ensure acquisition quality isn't sacrificed for volume.
Organic Growth Rate
Target steady increase in unpaid acquisition (referral, content, brand) as % of total new drivers.
