The Challenge

SpecChem manufactures specialty concrete chemicals across six US facilities and needs to overhaul its digital presence. You'll own their website and digital platforms to drive engagement with the concrete distributor network—turning their online presence into a real revenue driver.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current website performance, identify top SEO/UX issues, and create a 90-day improvement roadmap

Set up or optimize Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush tracking; establish baseline metrics and dashboards

3

Coordinate 2–3 high-impact website updates (content, metadata, mobile responsiveness) to improve site speed and indexing

4

Map digital tool ecosystem (CMS, analytics, LMS, mobile app) and document workflows with product/sales teams

By 6 Months
1

Increase organic traffic by 25–40% through SEO optimizations, structured data, and content strategy alignment

Improve Core Web Vitals scores and mobile conversion rate by 15%+ via site speed and UX refinements

Launch 2 integrated digital campaigns (web + email/social) supporting product launches or distributor engagement

4

Support 1–2 mobile app or LMS updates; establish testing and release coordination processes with dev partners
