The Challenge
Sollit is scaling renewable energy solutions across Europe and needs a marketing operator who can take demand generation from working to dominant. You'll report directly to the CEO, own the full funnel, and transform local Dutch success into an international playbook.
Your Mission
Map current demand generation channels, identify what's actually converting, and build a scaling roadmap with clear metrics
Launch 2-3 new growth experiments (content, events, partnerships) and establish fast feedback loops with sales on lead quality
Audit and optimize the website, email sequences, and lead nurturing funnel; establish baseline conversion rates
Build relationships with key sales stakeholders and external agency partners; establish weekly reporting cadence
Scale proven demand gen channels by 50%+ in volume while maintaining or improving lead quality and conversion rates
Develop and test positioning/messaging for Belgium, Germany, and Spain markets; validate local market fit
Launch and run 3+ integrated campaigns (webinars, events, content series) with documented ROI and learnings
Create repeatable, documented marketing processes and playbooks that don't require your constant involvement
KPIs You'll Own
Lead Volume & Quality Score
Track monthly leads generated by channel and work with sales to score quality; aim for 20%+ MoM growth in qualified leads.
Cost Per Qualified Lead
Monitor spend across channels (content, events, ads) against qualified lead output; optimize for efficiency.
Pipeline Influence & Win Rate
Measure marketing-sourced pipeline value and close rates vs. other sources; show true commercial impact beyond vanity metrics.
Campaign ROI
Track spend, leads, conversions, and revenue attributed to each campaign; use to inform where to double down.
Conversion Rates (Top/Mid/Bottom Funnel)
Website traffic → email signup, email → webinar attendance, webinar → demo, demo → customer; benchmark and improve each stage.

- You speak Dutch and English fluently; Spanish or German is a bonus
- You need a large team or multiple layers of support—this is lean and hands-on
- You're looking to manage a playbook rather than experiment and build new channels
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or prefer roles with highly defined scope and process
