SolarWinds is a world-class software company transforming how enterprises manage IT infrastructure. They need a CRO specialist who can close the gap between demand gen traffic and sales pipeline-you'll be the architect optimizing every digital touchpoint for conversion.
Your Mission
Audit current website analytics in Adobe Analytics and Tableau; identify top 5 conversion barriers and prioritization framework
Design and launch 3-4 high-impact A/B tests in Optimizely across homepage, key landing pages, and form experiences
Build collaborative roadmap with UX, demand gen, and development teams; establish experimentation governance and hypothesis templates
Document baseline conversion metrics (by traffic source, persona, campaign) to establish measurement foundation
Achieve 8-12% lift in website conversion rates through systematic testing and personalization initiatives
Scale personalization to 40%+ of web visitors through audience-based campaign activations in Optimizely
Build and document optimization playbooks and best practices that enable cross-functional teams to ideate and test independently
Establish AI-assisted testing workflow for faster variant creation, UX analysis, and insights generation

Track conversion rate by traffic source, landing page, and audience segment; target 8-12% quarterly lift.

Number of experiments launched per month and statistical significance achieved; target 8+ tests monthly with 80%+ power.

Monitor form submission quality, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution from optimized pages vs. baseline.
Personalization Coverage
Percentage of web visitors experiencing personalized campaigns or variant treatments; target 40%+ within 6 months.
Engagement Metrics
Time on page, scroll depth, CTA click-through rate, and bounce rate by segment; benchmark and improve monthly.
