Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've driven B2B marketing strategy and campaigns in complex, regulated industries (insurance, finance, enterprise SaaS)
  • You're comfortable building marketing from scratch and wear multiple hats (content, events, digital, stakeholder management)
  • You have proven ability to translate business priorities into marketing strategy and secure executive buy-in
  • You thrive managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and external agencies with strong project management skills
  • You understand the importance of thought leadership and brand positioning in highly competitive, relationship-driven markets
Won't Work If
  • You need a fully remote setup; this is on-site in NYC with frequent travel
  • You expect a large marketing team or deep specialization; this is a solo/small-team, generalist role launching a function
  • You lack experience in B2B or regulated industries; insurance/reinsurance dynamics and compliance matter here
