Role Overview
AI is rewriting how companies discover and choose what to buy, and we need you to build the agent-powered marketing engine that makes Serval impossible to ignore. You'll design the agents that run growth marketing end-to-end, from content and campaigns to AI search visibility and the systems that connect them. You'll partner closely with the Head of Growth, content, design, and product marketing to turn marketing workflows into reliable, self-improving programs.

- A systems thinker who builds for the long run, designing things that run and improve on their own by measuring results, catching issues, and iterating.
- Comfortable in ambiguity, owning your work end-to-end, and moving without waiting to be told what to build next.
- Own Serval's AEO strategy, including the structured data, schema, and content systems that drive visibility in LLM responses.
- Build AI agents that autonomously run marketing workflows including content drafting, brief writing, campaign launches, and creative testing.
- Design evals, guardrails, and feedback loops so agents stay reliable in production and improve over time.
- Use performance data to prioritize what to automate next, partnering closely with content, design, and product marketing to bring shared initiatives to life.
- Architect publishing and distribution systems across CMS, data sources, and channels so content moves end-to-end with minimal manual work.
- Run experiments across workflows, content structures, and distribution strategies, treating each deployment as a hypothesis.
- Codify what works into reusable templates, internal tooling, and documentation.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing engineering, growth engineering, product management, or a similar role.
- A foundation in programming and systems thinking to confidently wire together agents, APIs, and data flows.
- Hands-on experience building agents or LLM-powered systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn quantitative data and qualitative signals into clear, actionable decisions.
- A high level of ownership and initiative, with the ability to scope, prototype, and ship without waiting for direction.
- Familiarity with how search engines and AI models discover, index, and surface content, with experience in structured data such as schema.org or JSON-LD a plus.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups is a plus.
