Autocompara is Santander Brasil's auto insurance InsurTech disrupting a massive market. You'll lead the entire growth engine-from brand building to digital acquisition to CRM-for a product that matters to millions of Brazilian drivers.
Your Mission
Map current growth funnel across app, website, and partner channels; identify top 3 quick wins for lead volume
Audit and align CRM strategy with digital marketing initiatives; establish baseline metrics for qualification and conversion
Build and onboard your growth team; define roles, OKRs, and decision-making framework
Launch first integrated campaign (branding + performance) across at least 2 channels to test messaging and demand generation
Grow qualified digital leads by 40%+ through optimized funnel and channel mix
Establish scalable CRM workflows that improve sales conversion by 25%+ month-over-month
Build brand awareness lift measurable through tracking studies; establish Autocompara as top-of-mind in auto insurance
Manage and optimize 3+ strategic business partnerships for co-marketing and distribution

Is This Role For You?
- You've led growth or marketing teams in B2C or fintech; you understand funnel optimization, CRM, and demand gen
- You live and breathe data-every decision has a hypothesis, test, and metric
- You speak Portuguese fluently and intermediate English/Spanish; Brazil-based preferred
