The Challenge

Autocompara is Santander Brasil's auto insurance InsurTech disrupting a massive market. You'll lead the entire growth engine-from brand building to digital acquisition to CRM-for a product that matters to millions of Brazilian drivers.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current growth funnel across app, website, and partner channels; identify top 3 quick wins for lead volume

Audit and align CRM strategy with digital marketing initiatives; establish baseline metrics for qualification and conversion

Build and onboard your growth team; define roles, OKRs, and decision-making framework

4

Launch first integrated campaign (branding + performance) across at least 2 channels to test messaging and demand generation

By 6 Months
1

Grow qualified digital leads by 40%+ through optimized funnel and channel mix

2

Establish scalable CRM workflows that improve sales conversion by 25%+ month-over-month

3

Build brand awareness lift measurable through tracking studies; establish Autocompara as top-of-mind in auto insurance

4

Manage and optimize 3+ strategic business partnerships for co-marketing and distribution

Qualified Lead Volume

Monthly new qualified leads generated across app, website, and partner channels tracked to CRM

Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate

Percentage of qualified leads converting to policy holders; measured through CRM and sales system

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Total marketing and sales spend divided by new customers acquired; benchmarked by channel

Brand Awareness & Consideration

Tracked via quarterly research; target lift in unaided brand recall and consideration vs competitors

Team Productivity & Velocity

Number of campaigns/initiatives shipped per month; cycle time from concept to launch
