The Challenge
S&C Electric is a 100-year-old, employee-owned leader in grid modernization tech. They need a hands-on Manager to architect their digital presence-website, email, campaigns-and lead a team that acts as a true strategic partner to the business.
Your Mission
Audit current digital ecosystem (website, email, campaigns) and identify quick wins for UX/performance improvements
Define and socialize the digital experience vision with stakeholders; map user journeys across key customer segments
Establish baseline metrics for website traffic, email engagement, and campaign conversion; set 6-month targets
Onboard and assess team capabilities; identify skill gaps and create a technical upskilling roadmap
Execute website refresh project-content updates, design enhancements, and performance optimization; track lift in engagement metrics
Launch 2-3 major digital campaigns aligned to business priorities; measure ROI and channel attribution
Build repeatable program workflows for campaign management and website updates; reduce time-to-launch by 30%
Develop team depth in platform management (CMS, email automation, analytics); mentor 1-2 team members on strategic thinking
