The Challenge

Rex is a diversified ecosystem spanning real estate PE, AI, insurance, and tech-with 8 live products already deployed across 50,000 residents and $5B in AUM. You'll lead hands-on commercialization of early-stage B2B ventures, turning internal proof-of-concept into repeatable, investor-facing revenue engines.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Establish and validate GTM playbook: cold outreach sequences, messaging framework, and objection handling docs for 2-3 priority products

Build first 20-30 qualified pipeline opportunities through targeted outbound, LinkedIn campaigns, and ecosystem events

Land 2-3 paid pilots with external customers outside Rex ecosystem; measure product-market fit signals

4

Create feedback loop with product/engineering: document customer needs and adapt offerings for external repeatability

By 6 Months
1

Scale pilot cohort to 8-10 paying customers; achieve $500K-$1M ARR run rate across portfolio

Develop predictable outbound machine: repeatable scripts, sequencing, and qualification criteria that consistently book 15+ demos/month

3

Build go-to-market collateral suite: pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and product positioning docs that resonate with target buyer personas

4

Define and hire first Sales/GTM support role; document processes for handoff and scaling beyond yourself

KPIs You'll Own

Monthly Qualified Pipeline (MQP)

New qualified opportunities added to pipeline each month; target 20-30 in M1-3, scaling to 40+ by M6.

Pilot-to-Customer Conversion

Percentage of paid pilots that convert to full-term customers; benchmark 60%+ by M6.

CAC & Payback Period

Cost to acquire a customer and months to recover; target <12-month payback given early-stage leverage.

ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)

Total annual contracted value from external customers; target $500K-$1M by end of Y1.

Outbound Activity Volume

Daily cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach; maintain 50+ touches/week to feed pipeline.
