Revolut is a 70M+ customer fintech powerhouse redefining how people manage money. You'll lead brand and growth strategy in Colombia—a high-growth market where positioning, localization, and campaign rigor directly impact user acquisition and retention.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit local market positioning, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour data to establish baseline understanding of Colombia's fintech opportunity

Develop and launch first go-to-market campaign for a key product feature with clear audience strategy, messaging, and channel mix

Build Colombia-specific brand voice and style guide that adapts global Revolut messaging to local nuances and cultural context

Establish campaign calendar and KPI framework with regional leadership to align on quarterly growth targets and experimentation priorities

Scale 2-3 successful campaigns into repeatable playbooks that regional teams can execute with consistency and measurable ROI

Deliver 4+ product launches with validated go-to-market strategies informed by audience research and A/B testing

Drive measurable improvements in acquisition funnel metrics (CAC, conversion rate, engagement) through data-driven campaign optimization

Partner with Growth team to operationalize content and creative workflows—reducing campaign launch time by 30% through process efficiency

Track % of campaign audience converting to sign-ups or product activations; directly measures go-to-market effectiveness.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Cost per new customer acquired through your campaigns; critical for scaling profitable growth in Colombia.

Engagement Rate (by funnel stage)

Retention and activation metrics across acquisition, onboarding, and retention campaigns; informs product-marketing fit.

Time-to-Launch

Average days from campaign brief to live execution; measures operational efficiency and agility.

A/B Test Statistical Lift

% improvement from winning variants in messaging, creative, or audience targeting; ensures analytical rigour in optimization.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You have 5+ years B2C marketing experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth tech (SaaS, fintech, payments preferred)
  • You've proven ability to build growth strategies from zero in emerging markets—ideally Colombia or similar LatAm regions
  • You obsess over data: running experiments, building dashboards, and distilling insights into actionable campaign strategy
  • You can own storytelling end-to-end: from customer research and content strategy through creative execution and performance analysis
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility—this is on-site in Colombia only
  • You're uncomfortable with hands-on execution; this role requires deep campaign involvement, not just strategy
  • You lack fintech/payments domain knowledge and aren't willing to ramp quickly on competitive landscape and product nuances
