Reolink is a global leader in intelligent security tech trusted by millions. You'll own retail growth programs across Best Buy, Costco, Home Depot, and Walmart while launching structured tests to unlock incremental channels-building a playbook that scales across North America.
Your Mission
Map retail partner calendars (Q1-Q2 2026), align co-op budgets, and launch 2-3 integrated in-store + digital campaigns with baseline traffic/conversion benchmarks
Design and greenlight 3-4 hypothesis-driven growth tests (creator commerce, affiliate expansion, experiential pilots) with clear KPIs and investment guardrails
Build reporting infrastructure: retail performance dashboards, test tracking, and post-mortem templates for quarterly reviews
Align with Sales & GTM on inventory realities, seasonal moments, and Q1 retail promotional calendar execution
Execute full-funnel retail activation playbook (paid media, affiliate, influencer, social, CRM) showing 15-25% lift in sell-through vs. baseline across 2+ key retail partners
Complete first cycle of growth testing with 2-3 pilots moved to scale, 1-2 optimized, and 1-2 sunset with documented learnings and ROI recommendations
Reduce online retail PDP drop-off by 10-15% through messaging alignment, campaign timing coordination, and retailer-specific creative optimization
Develop and present Q3 2026 growth testing roadmap with 4-5 new initiatives prioritized by commercial impact and resource availability

Incremental sales lift across brick-and-mortar and online retail channels measured against baseline and compared to promotional spend.
Marketing Program ROI
Revenue driven per dollar spent on integrated retail campaigns (paid, co-op, affiliate, organic) with clear attribution to retail PDP traffic.
Test-and-Learn Velocity
Number of structured pilots launched, time-to-insights, and percentage converted to scale-worthy programs.
Online Retail Conversion Rate
PDP-to-purchase conversion across Walmart.com, Best Buy online, and other key retailers, with lift measured by messaging and timing interventions.
Retail Partner Satisfaction
Co-op program execution, calendar adherence, and joint marketing plan delivery measured via partner feedback and renewal rates.
