The Challenge
Red Ventures is building the future of AI-powered digital operations for Fortune 500 clients. You'll architect and deploy agentic workflows that drive measurable growth while operating at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution-owning everything from design to P&L impact.
Your Mission
Map current client digital operations landscape and identify 3-5 high-impact agentic workflow opportunities with quantified ROI projections
Design and deploy first production agentic workflow combining LLM reasoning, RAG, and API integrations with measurable KPIs (accuracy, latency, cost)
Establish evaluation and monitoring framework for AI systems including accuracy rates, latency benchmarks, and cost optimization thresholds
Build cross-functional alignment with data science, engineering, compliance, and creative teams on agentic roadmap and technical standards
Scale 2-3 additional agentic workflows into production, each tied to specific P&L outcomes and client revenue growth metrics
Define and iterate on AI-native opportunity pipeline across all client workstreams, embedding regulatory compliance into system design
Achieve 15-20% efficiency gains or measurable revenue lift from deployed agentic systems through continuous optimization
Develop business case templates and playbooks for rapid expansion of agentic transformation across broader client base

Agentic Workflow Adoption & Revenue Impact
Track deployed workflows, task success rates, and direct attribution to client revenue growth or cost reduction.
System Performance (Accuracy, Latency, Cost)
Monitor LLM accuracy, API response latency, and token usage costs to optimize production operations.
Client Engagement Expansion
Measure new opportunities identified and value captured through discovery and upsell of AI-driven transformation services.
Speed-to-Market for New Workflows
Track time from ideation to production deployment, aiming to reduce cycle time as processes mature.

- You've led or architected digital operations, product, or AI systems at scale (7+ years minimum) with bias toward execution
- You're fluent in translating business strategy into production workflows-SQL, Python, and BI tools are comfortable territory
- You thrive at the intersection of AI/LLMs, data systems, and business outcomes; you pressure-test claims with data
- You can operate across complex organizations-managing stakeholders, compliance, and cross-functional teams without org authority
- You're energized by ambiguity and iteration; you design monitoring frameworks and pivot strategies based on real performance data
- You need visa sponsorship or plan to work as a contractor/corp-to-corp arrangement
- You're a pure strategist who dislikes deep technical implementation or data work
- You prefer stability over rapid iteration; agentic AI systems require constant refinement and appetite for failure
- You can't commit to hybrid on-site presence (3 days/week in NYC or SC) or need fully remote flexibility
