Our RV Growth and Transformation team is seeking a

Director of Agentic Digital Operations

to serve as a strategic operator and transformation leader at the intersection of AI, digital experience, and business operations.

In this role, you’ll work with RV senior leaders and partner with Fortune 500 clients to drive growth across their digital experiences while designing and deploying AI-powered (agentic) systems that enable broader business transformation.

You will own the overall strategy development, system and workflow design, roadmap definition, enablement, and ongoing operation of client partnerships. You will operate across cross-functional groups (including agentic workforce, data science / AI, compliance, creative, and engineering), with the ability to think at the enterprise level while working deeply in systems, data, and execution.

What You'll Do

  • Operate as an owner across the full lifecycle, from strategy formation to system design, deployment, and operational execution, defining vision, pressure-testing with data, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Translate strategic objectives into scalable, production-grade workflows and system designs, including:
    • Multi-step, event-driven processes
    • API integrations across internal and third-party systems
    • AI-powered decisioning (e.g., routing, scoring, prioritization)
  • Architect and deploy agentic workflows that combine:
    • LLM-powered reasoning (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
    • Retrieval systems (structured and unstructured data, RAG)
    • Tool execution via APIs (e.g., CRM updates, content generation, customer interactions)
  • Identify and deploy AI-native workflows across the workstreams, embedding them into our joint operations complying with industry and client specific regulations. Improving our speed to market, client revenue growth, insight generation and efficiency.
  • Define and manage quantifiable KPIs, tying them to P&L outcomes to build business cases for new initiatives and strategies.
  • Establish and iterate on evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI systems, including:
    • Accuracy and task success rates
    • Latency and cost optimization (LLM/API usage)
    • Reliability, fallback logic, and observability
  • Leverage data to understand user behavior and system performance, using SQL, BI tools, and/or Python to uncover insights and inform both strategy and system improvements.
  • Operate with agility—continuously pivoting and refining systems and strategies as new data, model capabilities, and business needs emerge.
  • Shape narratives and own key communication channels with senior leaders, translating complex system performance and data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders by understanding their goals and clearly communicating system designs, roadmaps, and performance outcomes.
  • Support RVGT’s broader business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand and deepen client engagements through AI-driven transformation.

What We're Looking For

    • 7+ years of experience in digital operations, product, analytics, or technical strategy roles, with a strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes. Financial services experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in production environments, including systems that:
      • Make decisions (not just trigger actions)
      • Integrate multiple data sources and APIs
      • Execute multi-step processes across tools and platforms
    • Proven track record of leading large-scale technology and/or operational initiatives, from concept through deployment and optimization.
    • Strong understanding of agentic systems and modern AI architectures, including:
      • LLM integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
      • Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
    • Experience working with API-driven systems and cross-platform integrations, in close partnership with engineering teams.
    • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, scalable system designs and workflows.
    • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience:
      • Querying data with SQL
      • Building visualizations in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
      • Using data to drive decision-making and system optimization
      • Python experience is a plus
    • Deep experience defining and managing KPIs tied to business performance, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
    • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, creating structure and driving execution.
Show Us Your Work

We care about what you’ve built. In your application, please share GitHub repos, demos, writeups, or anything that shows your approach to AI-native development. Side projects, open-source contributions, and technical blog posts all count.
